Construction of the IBM Daycare Facility The above project includes: Three one storey buildings linked together The building is clad in masonry and EFIS System with asphalt roof shingles and metal soffits The building framing is light metal stud with a metal truss system for the roof Interior rooms are generally gypsum board walls and tee bar or gypsum board ceilings The windows are wood with exterior aluminum cladding with some operable openings The facilities have play and sleep areas for infants, toddlers and preschool children Power, lighting and fire alarm systems are included in the contract as well as sprinkler system, heating and air conditioning and control systems There are fenced and landscaped play areas on the grounds There is a drop off area to the north side of the building and parking to the west of the building
