This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement:
New heating and cooling Energy Transfer Stations (ETS) installed to align with the Energy Services Acquisition
Program (ESAP). New ETS’s installed within the existing mechanical room inside the buildings. Conversion of
existing secondary side HVAC systems from HTHW to Low Temperature Hot Water for heating, including chilled
water systems for cooling.
