This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement:
1072689 and 172705 - Repairs for Domestic Water Piping and Sanitary Drainage Risers.
The work includes installing insulation to all currently uninsulated domestic cold water piping, replacement of domestic hot water and hot water return branch ball valves, and installation of one domestic cold water gate valve on each occupied floor of the building.
