For the preservation of Claims for Lien before the dates. 13(4) and s. 29(4) of the Construction Lien Amendment Act, 2017 come into force (currently, Oct. 1, 2019), Claims for Lien shall be given to the Toronto Transit Commission at 1900 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON M1K 5H4 For the preservation of Claims for Lien on or after the dates. 13(4) and s. 29(4) of the Construction Lien Amendment Act, 2017 come into force (currently, Oct. 1, 2019), Claims for Lien are to be submitted to the Toronto Transit Commission at 1900 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON M1K 5H4 and also electronically as directed at www.ttc.ca/liens
