Construction of a Waste Transfer Station consisting of: Construction of a transfer station at the location of the above referenced decommissioned landfill site. The transfer station includes construction of a gravel pad, concrete block waste receiving ramp and divertible bulky waste bunker, concrete slabs for HHW and attendant's office buildings, fencing, gates and handrails.
