All and singular that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and being in the City of North York (formerly Township of North York), in the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto (formerly County of York), in the Province of Ontario, and being composed of part of Township Lot 6 in the Second Concession West of Yonge Street of the original Township of York, which parcel of land may be more particularly described as follows:
Taking the bearing North seventy-four degrees, fourteen minutes east (N. 74 16 E.) of the northerly limit of Lawrence Avenue West as shown on registered Plan 5633 as the governing bearing herein and relating all bearings herein thereto;
Commencing at a point in the Southerly limit of the said Lot 6, being the Northerly limit of Lawrence Avenue West (formerly MacDougall Avenue) where it is intersected by the Westerly limit of Blossomfield Road as laid out by registered Plan 5533;
Thence northerly along the said westerly limit of Blossomfield Road six hundred and sixty and fifty-two one hundredths feet (660.52) more or less to a square iron bar planted therein at the south-easterly angle of Lot 16 according to registered Plan 3620;
Thence South seventy-four degrees, fifteen minutes, fifty seconds west (S. 74 15 50 W.) along the Southerly limit of registered Plan 2145 (being also the Southerly limit of registered Plan 3620) six hundred and sixty-five and sixty-one one hundredths feet (665.61) more or less to a five-eighths inch (5/8) iron bar planted in the southerly limit of Lot 5 according to said registered Plan 3620;
Thence South eight degrees, eighteen minutes East (S. 8 18 E.) six hundred and sixty and eighty-eight one hundredths feet (660.88) more or less to a point in the said southerly limit of said Township Lot 6;
Thence north seventy-four degrees, fourteen minutes east (N. 74 14 E.) along the said southerly limit of said Township Lot 6 six hundred and sixty-five and sixty-one one hundredths feet (665.61) more or less to the point of commencement;
Saving and excepting thereout and therefrom that part of said Township Lot 6 expropriated and taken for or in connection with the widening of the road allowance for Lawrence Avenue West from Bathurst Street to Dufferin Street by By-law 1770 of the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto registered in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of the East and West Riding of the County of York as Number 396652 North York.
