Overlea Bridge Rehabilitation included pedestrian enhanced railing, concrete repairs along the soffit and top of deck, new waterproofing membrane with reinforcing fabric, SP 19 and SP12.5 asphalt placement and permanent protection overhang over pedestrian walkways.
