This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement:
The reconstruction and resurfacing of approximately 4,818 metres of roads including the installation of concrete curb and gutter, culvert replacements, ditch cleanouts, road widening, slope flattening and full reinstatement of all areas disturbed areas during construction. Bridge rehabilitation works included deck, soffit and curb patch repairs and waterproofing of the bridge deck.
