Construction of the Facility for Software Development for IBM Canada Ltd. The above project includes: Four (4) storey buildings connected by three (3) full height links between the buildings. Full fit-out offices with acoustical tile ceilings and a combination of drywall and demountable partitions, a number of coffee lounges and a cafeteria and Heavy Lab areas for the purpose of servicing Computer equipment. The curtain wall exterior is a combination of glazing units spandrel glass, granite and aluminum composite panel. Power, lighting, fire alarm, data systems, security systems and audio visual systems. Sprinkler system, heating and air conditioning and control systems. Elevators are located in each building link. The structure is primarily reinforced concrete with structural steel penthouses and no basement. There are large areas of parking north and south of the Rouge River with vehicular and pedestrian bridges over the river and the site is fully landscaped
