This is to certify the completion of a contract for the supply of services between Dave Boyle Excavating Ltd. and Ellis Don Corporation dated the 9th day of July, 2001.
The subcontract provided for the supply of the following services or materials to the following improvement: Excavate and backfill all building additions, CIJS, IMC and South Wing; Weeping tile in gravel bed around CIJS and IMC foundations; Site Development as required for site drainage, site services, CIJS storm sewer and South Wing ductbank installation, hauling existing site related material offsite and road realignment; Utility Services for all relocated and new water connections and valves, sanitary sewer lines and connections.
