Hillcrest Drive Upgrades and Hillcrest Development Area Infrastructure Servicing Project
This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement:
Hillcrest Development Area Infrastructure Servicing Project, including but not limited to: lift station upgrades, sanitary forcemain replacement, Wellington Street surface works reinstatement, Hillcrest watermain extension, Hillcrest sanitary sewermain extension, Hillcrest stormwater infrastructure and Hillcrest Development Site preparation including bedrock blasting and import of fill materials. Components of the work remain to be completed as seasonal deficiencies (construction of all Hillcrest surface Works). This certificate does not relieve the Contractor of the obligation to complete the remainder of the contract in a timely manner as required by the Contract Documents
