Part A Work included the installation of siltation and erosion control measures and clearing and grubbing of approximately 0.9 hectares. Part B Work included topsoil stripping, earthworks (excavation and grading and import fill) to pregrade elevation, the installation of 180 m of 100 mm dia. perforated subdrain below swales, 56 m of 150 mm dia. sanitary sewer, 140 m of 100 mm dia. storm sewer, 2 water services and a fire hydrant and the supply and placement of Granular B within the parking areas
