Supply and installation of siltation and erosion control devices, stripping and stockpiling of topsoil, excavation and grading of approximately 32,000 cubic meters of earth material including placement, compaction and fine grading within fill areas throughout the site to pre-grade elevation, importation of approximately 42,500 cubic meters of fill from various off-site sources including placement, compaction and fine grading to pre-grade elevation, construction of a stormwater management facility with temporary outlet, loading, transporting, placement, compaction and fine grading of topsoil within the stormwater management block, construction of ditches and swales and culverts, plus other miscellaneous works, all within Phase 3 of the Second Nature development.
