1. The following services or materials were supplied:
Air Conditioning Upgrade: Remove ductwork as per drawings; Remove two existing AC units in Library; Re-pipe HWS & HWR in Library to feed existing radiator; Install two 20-ton VRF outdoor units on rooftop; Install eleven (11) VRF indoor units on Ground Floor; Install eight (8) VRF indoor units on Second Floor; Supply and install refrigeration piping between indoor units and outdoor units; Terminate condensate drains into existing sink locations c/w access panels; Remove existing air handling unit (AHU-1) on rooftop; Remove existing air handling unit (AHU-2) from mechanical room and associated ductwork; Install new air handling unit in mechanical room with associated ductwork; Install new condensing unit to serve new air handling unit; Run new refrigerant piping to new air handling unit; Install new air handling unit on rooftop to serve Administrative area; Supply and install new ductwork in 4 classrooms as per drawings; connect into existing ductwork and re-balance; Supply and install new ductwork in Kindergarten room as per drawings; Supply and install new ductwork in Library as per drawings; Remove two (2) existing unit ventilators; Install two (2) new unit ventilators; Install two (2) condensing units to serve unit ventilators; Install refrigeration piping from condensing units to unit ventilators; Install piping supports for all refrigeration piping; Install exhaust fan for new electrical room; Install permanent sleepers for new equipment on rooftop; Install roof cones for refrigeration piping & electrical; Crane to hoist old equipment off rooftop; Crane to hoist new equipment onto rooftop; Integrate all new equipment with JBS into the Building Automation System; Commission and ensure proper operation on new equipment; TSSA Inspection. Electrical: Primary / Secondary duct bank complete includes precast transformer vault, civil work & surfaces restoration, landscape, asphalt, concrete. Utility CASH ALLOWANCE $ 150,000.00; Data CASH ALLOWANCE $ 5,000.00; Supply & installation of new switch boards, distribution panel and branch panels; Supply & installation of all branch power circuits to supply the new mechanical equipment, includes local isolation switches & hardwire connections for same; O/H portable service as per dwg E12 Addendum #1; Supply & install electrical for new Library layout as per drawings; Demolition of existing electrical as per drawings; Temporary generator as per ADDENDUM #1; ESA Inspection / Certificate. Architectural: Demolish, remove, and dispose of all partitions and millwork in existing library; Remove flooring, grind down residue as per drawings; Construct new partition and block walls complete with solid top course and stiffening angles as per drawings; Modify T-bar ceiling as required; Paint Library, Workroom & Electrical room. New wall base as per drawings; Supply and install all HM doors, lintels, glazing and hardware as per drawings; Supply and install aluminum glazing system complete; Supply and install all millwork as per drawings; Supply and install 8, 12 x 12 access doors for condensate drains; Remove door, frame, and brickwork to allow access for new mechanical unit. Re-instate.
