This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement:
Contract No. FIN2020-022T The works included the reconstruction of Napier Street from Hume Street to Dillon Drive, within the Town of Collingwood. The project generally included the following: installation of 340 metres of sanitary sewer, including associated services to property line; installation of 390 metres of storm sewer; installation of 325 metres of watermain, including associated services to property line; and 350 metres of road reconstruction at an urban cross-section, complete with mountable curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk on one side of the street and restoration of all disturbed areas to a previous or better condition
