Antenna deflections (twist) exceed the allowable twist values the following modifications were identified in the Structural Analysis: Replace the top guy level (100.6m) with a new torsion resistor at 99.1m; Modify the existing anchor heads such that guy cables to the new torsion resistor may be installed.
