Firstly: All and Singular that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and being in the City of Toronto in the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto designated as Part 4 on Reference Plan 63R-387 dated the 8th day of May, 1972 and received and deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Toronto (No. 64) on the 9th day of May, 1972 and being composed of the following:
(a) parts of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 according to Plan 377 registered in the said Land Registry Office;
(b) part of the lane lying to the east of the easterly limits of the said Lots 1, 2 and 3 as closed by Order of His Honor Judge McDougall dated the 13th day of October, 1886 according to Plan 606 registered in the said Land Registry Office;
(c) part of the lane lying to the east of the easterly limits of the said Lots 3, 4 and 5, according to said Plan 337 closed by the City of Toronto By-law No. 21892, registered in the said Land Registry Office as Instrument No. 124411 EP; and
(d) part of the land 6 feet in width according to said Plan 606, closed by the said By-law No. 21892
