Renovation of existing outdoor stadium including removal of existing masonry partition walls; replacement of existing under-bleacher metal deck and eaves trough; repair of deteriorated concrete pilasters, door headers, perimeter walls, columns and wall caps and structural steel framing; replacement of deteriorated retaining wall, concrete stairs; repair/replacement of deteriorated bleacher wood framing and roof wood deck boards; replacement of existing guardrails; replacement of existing roofing system; recoating existing structural steel (sandblasting as required), under-bleacher metal deck and eaves trough, guardrails, perimeter walls, roof wood deck board, beams and rim boards
