This is to certify the completion of a subcontract for the supply of services or materials between Arnott Construction Limited and Wellington Construction Inc. dated the 4th day of March, 2010.
The subcontract provided for the supply of the following services or materials: Supply and installation of a 250mm sanitary forcemain complete with all applicable appurtenances from 3 0m inside the fence at the Emma Street Pumping Station to 5 5 metres from the north edge of Industrial Drive at the Wastewater Treatment Plant site
