Contract No: 111179-5; Windfall Phase 5 Servicing - Part D & E Works. Part D Works generally included placement of concrete barrier curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, a concrete mailbox pad and temporary asphalt snow plow ramping. Part E Works generally included placement of tack coat and surface course asphalt.
