This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement:
RFB#22-33; OCWA Tender #14613; Greensand Filter / Backwash Pump Replacement at the Davy Drive WTP. Remove and replace two existing Culligan Greensand Filters, one backwash pump, associated piping, valves, fittings, supports, static mixer and injection quills. Water must be supplied to the system at all times (one filter operational).
