This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement:
Base contract including excavation and backfill for installation of electrical conduits for below slab on grade and to underside of level 1 slab areas. Electrical change orders included various electrical works for heat tracing, temporary power rough-in, hotel 1 main vault, fire alarm works, lighting works and other miscellaneous scopes of work. Mechanical change orders included mechanical sleeving and miscellaneous plumbing works.
