Regional Municipality of Waterloo Contract T2020-146 for the upgrade of well P9 and demolition of its associated well house, demolition of Well House P15 and decommissioning of well P15, upgrade of monitoring well P15A to a drinking water supply well, construction of a water treatment plant, installation of chlorine contact tanks, and connection to water mains in Pinebush Rd.
