The replacement of domestic water and sanitary piping throughout the second, first, and crawlspace areas as well as the addition of a new water filtration system and backflow prevention devices. Improvements to the storm water system were made which included new sump pumps and starters as well as new discharge piping routed to the exterior of the building complete with a new swale
