This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement:
The addition of 2 separate areas at the Mountainview Retirement Village in Georgetown. 1st addition is a 2 story wood framed, masonry exterior, 186 m2 build that used for a dining + lounge area, washroom and shower facilities, and a courtyard. 2nd addition is 3 stories added on top of an existing 1 story pool room, which was 525 m2 of new space and the retrofit of the existing 175 m2 pool room into an activity lounge/bar and an outdoor terrace. The 3 floors above included 3 - 1 bedroom plus den suites and 2 - 2 bedroom retirement suites plus office space.
