The removal of the segmental block retaining wall and the timber retaining wall between the upper and lower parking lots and landscaped areas. The construction of a new large block precast concrete segmental retaining wall to replace the existing retaining walls. The removal of the existing stairs and planters located at the east end of the existing timber retaining wall, and the construction of a new Siena Stone staircase.
