This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement:
Renovated a 36 tie stall dairy barn into a 54 free stall robot dairy barn. The structure of building stayed the same, gutted and replaced the inside of the barn. Poured new concrete. Lang Construction built a 24 ft lean on the end of the barn. The lean inside has a cross over for cows and water bowls, also 4 stalls and the manure gutter. Added 4 more fans on the end of the barn. improved electrical and lighting for cows. Replaced everything in the milk house and updated everything to ship more milk . The office also got an update on wiring and bigger space. The last but not final piece we improved was a sick/maternity pen in the back of the barn. The space in back of the barn was already exciting , Greers Excavating helped us dig it out and then Langs poured our concrete pad for cows.
