Curtis Street Water Booster Pumping Station Contract No. T009-2022
This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement:
Construction of new Booster Pump building c/w two (2) new booster pumps, one (1) new emergency flow pump, HVAC, plumbing, electrical building systems distribution & lighting. Supply and install new Electrical Service & Distribution System, Standby Generator System, new Control System including new PLC-HMI, instrumentation, monitoring, etc, Programming-Commissioning of control systems. Demolition of existing booster pumps and all associated piping, controls and support HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems within existing subterranean booster pump chamber & decommission and back-fill of chamber. Construct sections of 3000 watermain c/w appurtenances to Booster Pump building & connection to existing airport property trunk watermain, section of new 50mm0 Low Pressure HOPE Sanitary Drain Line c/w connections to existing sanitary sewer, granular access lane and complete site grading and restoration of disturbed areas.
