This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement:
The reconstruction of approximately 190 metres of road including the replacement of concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and full reinstatement of all areas disturbed during construction. Infrastructure works included the replacement of approximately 187 metres of watermain, 174 metres of sanitary sewer, including service replacement to property line and the installation of 116 metres of storm sewer.
