This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement:
90 % Simcoe Street Bridge Rehabilitation Works, Removal & Replacement of Base Asphalt & Surface Asphalt for Oxford Street and Simcoe Street from Broadway to Vienna Road. Concrete curb & gutter, and sidewalk repairs, and 80% installation of Field Reacted Polymeric Pavement Markings for Oxford Street and Simcoe Street from Broadway to Vienna Road.
