City of Waterloo Contract RFT20-18 for the full reconstruction of Larch Street including sanitary sewer, storm sewers, watermains and appurtenances, along with the full road reconstruction including granular base, concrete road surface and concrete sidewalk, paving stone road and sidewalk surface, soil cells, concrete seat walls, street furniture including tables, benches and bicycle racks, traffic control signage, street lighting, bollards both lit and unlit, metal entry feature and landscaping in including trees and plantings
