The renovated space is a Martial Arts Facility encompassing the following program areas: 2 Dojo Rooms of approximately 4250 s.f. each public viewing area of the Dojo Rooms change rooms and washrooms for men and women Scope of work includes but is not limited to HVAC distribution, plumbing modifications and additions, radiant heating system, electrical distribution system, lighting provisions, floor finishes and athletic flooring system, partition construction, millwork, structural modifications, new exterior glazing system, painting Parking Lot modifications are not complete as of March 30, 2000 due to weather related reasons (asphalt facilities do not begin spring operation until April) parking lot modifications to provide for the North York Zoning Parking Requirements and building permit requirements will be completed by the end of April (weather provided)
