The scope of civil works for the Phase 1 - Enabling Works of the proposed hospital addition includes the installation of a new heavy-duty access roads, and a light-duty parking lot complete with grading and earthworks. The work includes earth excavation and topsoil stripping, supply and placement of granular road base, grading, landscaping, road construction and paving, and the supply and placement of erosion and sediment control measures
