This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement:
Contract # 2022-2028; This Selective Resurfacing East contract consists of 43 asphalt patches on various highways including 400, 401, 404, 48, and 35/115. The existing asphalt was milled and replaced with new asphalt to extend the service life of the road. Traffic Loops were also replaced on some patches.
