TO THE ABOVE PREMISES WAS SUBSTANTIALLY PERFORMED ON: December 2, 2022, with the exception of the entirety of Part A; and Part B - Easement ditch inlet grading and check dams, the coloured concrete Blvd. on the project's west side has yet to be sealed, surface asphalt, street lights & luminaires, pedestrian handrail, sod works for the full project, seeding work in the Easement, MUT trail - place 2nd lift of asphalt, commercial driveway needs 2nd lift of asphalt, and durable pavement markings
