This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement:
Reconstruction of Garafraxa Street West for construction of municipal services to 465 Garafraxa Street West. Improvements include installation of sanitary sewers, storm sewers, watermain, curb and gutter, sidewalk and base asphalt. Surface asphalt and approximately 65m of sidewalk have been deferred to 2025.
