The work consists generally of the supplying of all materials, labour and equipment for the construction of a new 300 mm diameter watermain on St. Pierre Street, Willowwood Drive between St. Pierre Street and Elmwood Avenue, and W. Belle River Road from St. Pierre Street to approx. 90 m northerly in the Town of Lakeshore and includes service connections, valves, fittings, connecting to the existing watermains, and complete restoration
