This is to certify that the contract for the following improvement:
Replacing Guy level 2 with 16GS guy wires; Bracing the Horizontals at 72.6m and 55.2m. As set out in the Structural Analysis the necessary remediations were completed bringing Fonthill Tower into compliance and conformance with the requirements of CSA S37-18.
