"While we are saying good bye to Rob Holmberg’s and Ian Johnston’s years of experience, we are excited that Mike’s and Roger’s extensive knowledge of our company and industry ensures a seamless transition," commented Filipchuk in the statement,

On Nov. 6, PCL also announced the appointment of Todd Craigen to senior vice-president and district manager of PCL Constructors Canada Inc. (Toronto), succeeding Wieninger.

Reporting to the president of Eastern Canada, Jim Dougan, Craigen has overall responsibility for PCL’s operations in the Greater Toronto Area and southwestern Ontario.

Craigen brings nearly 25 years of construction industry experience to Toronto. He began his PCL career in 1996 and most recently held the position of vice-president and district manager responsible for PCL’s operations in the B.C. region.

"Todd has made significant contributions to the procurement, management, and successful execution of a number of high-profile projects across Canada," said Filipchuk.
