The Project Team
Construction of the Highway 10 project in Puerto Rico required earthwork of several million cubic yards and pier heights for the bridges of up to 180 feet. Bridges are being built using precast segments erected in balanced cantilevers with an overhead gantry. The project is comparable to the work being done in Kicking Horse Pass as the Sea-to-Sky Highway progresses. Planned and designed by Behar-Ybarra and Associates (BYA).
