Construction has reached the top floor at the Watermark Condos in the Long Branch area of Etobicoke, Ont
The Queenscorp (Long Branch) Inc. is owner/general contractor of the seven storey, 72-unit project that will include the Watermark club room, a fitness centre, a roof top terrace, one level of underground parking and a clock tower as the focal point for the community.
Completion has been scheduled for December 2013 and the architect for the project is Joseph N Campitelli Architect Inc. Consultants are: Atkins + Van Groll Inc. Consulting Engineers Inc. (structural); Novatrend Engineering Group (mechanical/electrical) and Budrevics & Associates (landscape).
Subcontractors include: Petrie & Sons Contracting (excavating); Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Limited (shoring/caissons); Collavino Group/Coll-Form Inc. (formwork/concrete); C&T Reinforcing Steel Co. (rebar); Marli Mechanical Contractors Inc. (mechanical); Manny’s Electrical (electrical); Sky Window Technologies (windows); Otis Elevator (elevators), Tedesco Waterproofing Inc. (roofing).
