TORONTO—National engineering firm McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers Ltd. recently announced it has acquired Calgary-based Onstream Engineering Ltd.
A recent statement said Onstream is a leading provider of engineering, procurement and construction management services in the oil and gas market in Alberta.
The release said Onstream offers engineering services focused on project control for pipelines and facilities, process engineering, design services and regulatory approvals.
“Onstream shares our strong focus on client satisfaction, technical expertise and providing high-quality services,” said Gus Sarrouh, CEO of McIntosh Perry, in the statement. “We are well-positioned in the oil and gas market with OEL Projects Ltd., a McIntosh Perry Company, and the addition of Onstream furthers our goal to grow our oil and gas division in Western Canada. We are excited to welcome the talented and experienced team at Onstream to the McIntosh Perry family.”

McIntosh Perry has more than 600 staff working in offices in Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver, and in Ontario, in Toronto, Ottawa, Kingston, Perth, Pembroke and North Bay.
