PCL Construction expands into Quebec, opens permanent office in Montreal

MONTREAL – PCL Construction is expanding into Quebec with a permanent office in Montreal which will operate as Construction PCL.

The new office is located at 3400 de Maisonneuve Boulevard Ouest.

PCL is not new to the construction scene in Quebec and has completed several large projects in the province over the years including the Deloitte office tower for Cadillac Fairview in downtown Montreal. The team is currently working on the Bibliothèque et Archives Canada project, the Complexe Les Terrasses de la Chaudière envelope project and portions of the Modernisation des services énergétiques project for the Programme d’acquisition de services énergétiques.

Sébastien Tremblay has been appointed vice-president and district manager for Quebec and will be based out of Montreal.

PCL CONSTRUCTION – Sébastien Tremblay has been appointed vice-president and district manager PCL for Quebec.

Reporting to Todd Craigen, president for Eastern Canada, Tremblay will provide oversight and be responsible for operations throughout the Montreal region.

Tremblay has over 20 years of industry experience in design-build projects, public-private partnerships and other alternative delivery models and is a graduate from the École de technologie supérieure, specializing in construction engineering, states a release.
