Broccolini reports brisk sales for Le Sherbrooke

TORONTO—Broccolini has announced its Le Sherbrooke residential project in Montreal has reached the 60-per-cent sales mark just one week after the official opening of its sales office.

The project, located on Sherbrooke Street West, features 515 suites ranging from studios to penthouses. Delivery of the units is scheduled for 2025, stated a recent release.

“We’re really looking forward to starting construction,” said Anthony Broccolini, COO of Broccolini in a statement. “The pandemic delayed the project’s launch for a few months, but soon all entry points to downtown Montreal will have their Broccolini building.”
