Altus Group acquires Rethink Solutions

TORONTO — Toronto-based Altus Group recently announced it has acquired Rethink Solutions of Toronto.

Altus Group serves the real estate industry as a consultant and Rethink develops property tax and real estate expense management software, stated a release.

The deal was completed May 1.

Established in 2001 in Toronto, Rethink serves owners and occupiers of multi-property real estate portfolios in managing multi-jurisdictional property tax processes. Its itamlink software enables customers to centralize property tax data and automate processes and includes built-in data management tools and report capabilities related to managing assessments, payments and tax appeals.
