MONTREAL — France-based engineering firm Artelia Group recently announced it has acquired Quebec-based FNX-INNOV.
A statement said FNX-INNOV becomes Artelia’s platform for development in North America.
Together the firms have 8,500 employees worldwide, with sales in excess of $1.3 billion.
Artelia works in the mobility, water, energy, building and industry sectors. FNX-INNOV is active in engineering, project management and environmental protection and systems.
Richard Helie, CEO of FNX-INNOV, commented, “We have experienced particularly dynamic growth in Quebec in recent years, which has led Artelia, one of Europe’s leading engineering companies, to choose us as its development platform in North America.
“By joining Artelia, FNX-INNOV will be able to accelerate its development and continue to think bigger.”
