Bray named EVP at Clark Construction

TORONTO — Marlon Bray has been appointed as the new executive vice-president of Clark Construction Management (CCM), with the expectation he will transition to president within five years.

Bray, who will begin the new role Sept. 5, is a leader with over 20 years of experience in the construction sector. His background includes roles at Faithful & Gould, A.W. Hooker Associates and Altus Group, where he managed large-scale projects and led teams across various industry segments.

His proven track record of driving growth and innovation and frequent speaking engagements on market conditions and housing advocacy have earned him recognition as a respected expert and thought leader in the industry, a release states.

In his new role, Bray will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and financial performance at CCM and his initial priorities will include leveraging his expertise in cost consulting to assist with pre-construction projects and enhancing client engagement while nurturing key long-term relationships with business partners.

“We are thrilled to welcome Marlon as our new EVP. His role is crucial to our succession plan, as he is expected to transition to president within five years,” said Mike Clark, president and CEO of CCM, in a statement. “He is a true builder with vast industry experience and a witty personality that fits perfectly with our culture. His proven leadership and visionary approach will undoubtedly steer CCM towards even greater success.”
