TORONTO — The Ontario government has issued stage two of an RFP to deliver a new digital records system to improve response times for environmental property requests.
The system will deal with requests on such matters as soil, water and contamination on properties across Ontario.
The stage two RFP was issued by Infrastructure Ontario and the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks to proponents who were shortlisted in stage one.
The shortlisted proponents are Accenture Inc., Information Services Corporation (ISC) and Maximus Canada.
During the second stage of the RFP, the proponents will receive the RFP bid documents and attend commercially confidential meetings to refine their technical and financial proposals.
The program will digitize millions of property records to streamline the process for receiving property information.
