General contractor of the three-storey project is PCR Contractors Inc. Completion has been scheduled for August 2012. Designed by B+H Architects, the centre will be equipped with lecture theatres, offices and research space. Consultants are: Halsall Associates Ltd. (structural); Smith & Andersen Consulting Engineering (mechanical) and Crossey Engineering Ltd. (electrical).
Subcontractors include: PCR Contractors Inc. (excavation/formwork); Harris Rebar; International Precast Solutions (architectural precast); Prestressed Systems Inc.
