Construction manager Dominus Construction Group Ltd. along with owners Fernbrook/Cityzen Development Corp have completion of the project scheduled for fall 2012. The work consists of two, 12-storey towers with 695-units, four levels of underground parking, a theatre, fitness facilities and outdoor pool. The architect for the project is architectsAlliance. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Smith and Andersen Consulting Engineering (mechanical/electrical) and MBTW Landscape Architects. Subtrades include: GFL (excavation); Faga Group (underground slab drainage); Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); Premform Ltd. (formwork); Salit Steel Ltd. (rebar); Innocon Inc. (concrete); D. Zentil Mechanical; Mayfair Electric and Schindler Elevators Corp.
